Product information
Check the exact product, quantity, strength, packaging and instructions. Product photographs can illustrate packaging; consult the individual listing for what is included. Batch reports apply to the samples and batches identified in those reports. Website information does not replace qualified professional advice or product-specific instructions.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order records your request to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement or payment-page redirect does not by itself confirm payment, stock allocation or dispatch. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled and arrange an appropriate refund of any payment received for an unfulfilled order.
Prices and payment
Store prices and final order totals are shown in GBP. Review discounts, delivery and taxes at checkout. An external payment provider may display or charge in AED; check the displayed amount, currency and any bank conversion charges before paying. Do not pay a link for a different intended order amount. Contact us if no suitable payment link opens. Payment is subject to verification before fulfilment.
